The Challonge Killer Queen Community Travel Fund
Challonge has graciously donated $2500 to help offset travel costs for players who need financial assistance! Anyone can apply for a full wavier of all event and tournament fees.
Applicants must apply by August 15, 2024 at https://forms.gle/iMvPKLMFePLqUBnV6
If there’s more applicants than the fund can support, preference will be given to players traveling from non-surrounding states. If there’s still too many, there will be a lottery.
The BumbleBus
We’ve rented a 15-seat passenger van that will run regularly as a shuttle between Old Bailey Station, the recommended hotels, and downtown Chattanooga. It’ll make additional stops as time allows.

There's plenty of other hotels in downtown Chattanooga, which is about a 10 minute drive, approximately a $10 Uber. There's also a cluster of motels in Fort Oglethorpe that are close and cheap: Super 8, Econo lodge, and Royal Inn.
ATL Shuttle
For some it may be easier to fly to Atlanta. There's an hourly shuttle that runs almost all day for $52. Buy a ticket here.
Killer Queen World Championship

- registration will be capped at 64 teams
Tournament format
Saturday features multiple progressive group phases. In each phase, small groups will play a round robin to determine placement for the next phase. Top teams move on to the World Championship Knockout. (Exact number TBD depending on registration.)
All remaining teams move on to the Community Cup, a separate tournament with its own winner. We created the Community Cup to give a great competitive experience to players of all levels, to spotlight all kinds of player expression, and to honor the people who come to BumbleBash for reasons other than just competition.
On Sunday, both tournaments are double-elimination. (Official tournament rules coming soon.)
