The BumbleBear Support Plan ensures that you have everything you need to keep your games operational and up-to-date. Our support staff will provide remote assistance for any technical questions you may have. Whether it’s a hardware issue, software issue, or anything in between, the Support Plan guarantees you access to timely e-mail and/or remote assistance so that you can get your cabinet back up and running in time for League Night.
The annual Support Plan also ensures that you stay up-to-date with the latest software updates and new content, including new maps, gameplay changes, and everything else we’re working on to make our games the best part of your venue.
You will have immediate access to these updates as soon as they’re released, and your community will be jazzed to know that they’re playing on the cutting edge.
BumbleBear Support Staff hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm CST
Inquiries made off-hours will be addressed within 48 hours or less, depending on availability. No matter the situation, our owners and our players are top priority for us; we’ll always try to resolve your situation as quickly as possible.
The first year of support is included with any arcade cabinet purchase. The support plan is a recurring annual plan; once purchased you gain access to all updates for a full year from purchase.
